Porno Madness. I got to witness a porno video that was filmed at Pop's bar in the mission. I was allowed to photograph it as well. I tried hard not to cover it in the obvious was, refraining for shooting graphic images. Here is a few.

On Nov. 7, 2008, to protest the passing of Proposition 8, thousands of people marched through the streets of San Francisco. The passing of Proposition 8, which has put a ban of same-sex marriages, has sparked numerous statewide protests.

Dolores Street Soap Box Derby

Red Bull hosted a soap box derby Saturday October 18 on Dolores Street in SF. At one point, there were 100,000 people in Dolores Park. It was a good time, definetley worth seeing.

Castel Rock Soul Session

Got down to Castle Rock State Park in the Santa Cruz Mountains today. It's such an epic place, masses of sandstone boulders scattered around the woods like they were dropped by a giant. On the beautiful fall days you can see all the way to the ocean when your in the Goat Rock overhang. At sunset we were by Castle Falls and I snapped a few frames of my buddies Hazen and Brucey free soloing the corner crack, a mellow 100 foot climb. These guys are the soulfulest heads I know, No Rope, No Gear, No One Watching.............Soul.

Bluegrass in Golden Gate

The three day Bluegrass Festival took place in Golden Gate Park this weekend. On the final day of performance, while sitting with freinds enjoying the atmosphere, I couldn't help but be drawn to this beautiful beam of light stricking a women and her child. I live for those monents, so often I spend my days chasing light, eating, sleeping and breathing it. Its a breath of fresh air when it just pops up right in front of you.
